If we have a stock tracking sheet it would be good if it showed the starting number of items. * Would be good to have a more interactive demo - a game on a laptop? * If we have a phone to show off, it would be good to have some signage to say what it is and invite people to try it * We didn't get many Friends of GNOME signups. Could/should we push it harder next year? (Banners, talking points, signage explaining the program, advertise the Friends of GNOME t-shirts more, etc etc) * We had multiple requests for socks * We should consider refreshing the banner. * Social: * Pommodoro seemed to work pretty well? It's really helpful that we can be approximate with the number of people, and that everyone can pay individually. It was just a shame we had to leave at 10pm. Also there weren't many opportunities to mingle * It might have been better to have had a more explicit start time. * Delirium wasn't a fantastic venue for the drinks afterwards. Too loud and annoying. * Newcomers workshop: * Let's do some advance planning next time :D
